Demolition and Transition
 We've completed the demolition phase at our store space! We love demolition, even the dirt, bruises, sore muscles and physical exhaustion. There is something very satisfying about a hard days work. The slat wall is down, carpet torn up, holes patched and patchwork sanded. The rug did try to stay. It was really glued down. But our friend rode up on his rad bike with shovel and hoe in hand and we forced the rug to surrender. We were then schooled in dumpster stomping. Rugs weigh down the trash and give you a nice surface to jump on. We are learning so much!
We're also fans of transformations: before/after pictures, make-over montages, home improvements, DIY projects, you name it. What fun are after pictures without the before? Here are some pictures of what the space looks like now. Next up, our floors go in. We want to share the transition with you, so stay tuned for more pictures and updates as we build and create FOE Store & Gallery.
